Improve your cash position without sending an employee to the bank every day. With E-Vault Services you can make cash deposits into a secure vault installed at your location. Those deposits are reported to Royal Business Bank so you have access to those funds, are picked up later by an armored carrier.
How it works:
- Employee insert bills of any denomination through the safe’s currency acceptor, which validates the bill and rejects counterfeits
- Complete the location end-of-day process and reconcile to your system with reporting from the smart safe
- Transmit the daily cash receipt electronically to Royal Business Bank for posting to your account
- Based on contracted schedules, armored carrier retrieves the physical cash for transportation to banks assigned cash vault for verification
